ICS Computing exhibits at Northern Ireland CIPFA Conference

ICS Computing was in full attendance at the CIPFA Northern Ireland Conference which was held in the Slieve Donard Hotel, Newcastle, Co Down on the 1st and 2nd October 2008.

The event entitled 'Stepping up the mark - taking responsibility' opened with a speech from guest speaker Nigel Dodds, Minister of Finance for Northern Ireland.

Pressure has been building for Public Services to improve their performance against financial constraints which are increasing. The 2008 Conference focused on the maturing of the Public Sector, how they are becoming more self reliant and taking responsibility for its own destiny.

The Conference attracted approximately 200 guests including directors, executive officers and a variety of senior executives from various Public Sector organisations.
