Benchmarking

Equiniti ICS provides a free of charge benchmarking service for Trusts that wish to evaluate their current HR and payroll services, whether in-house, managed or shared, to assess how these meet their objectives. Our Six Sigma-qualified consultants look at all aspects of the existing service, benchmarking it against alternative solutions and providing tailored guidance on improvements that may be made.
