Equiniti ICS hosts HR and payroll customer conference

Equiniti ICS welcomed its HR and payroll clients to a special customer conference held at London’s Grosvenor Hotel on Wednesday 25th May. Guest speakers including top employment lawyer Kirsty Rogers of DWF LLP, Lindsay Melvin, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and Adrian Sims of NEST Corporation, as well as Equiniti ICS’s own experts, shared the very latest developments in the pensions, payroll and HR sectors, offering insight and guidance for HR directors leading their organisations through the major changes due to take place in these areas over the next two years.

Topics such as auto-enrolment, the abolishment of the default retirement age and legislative changes such as the increase in the national minimum wage came under the microscope, and guests also had the opportunity to hear customer case studies from the Defence Support Group and Anglia Ruskin University. Equiniti ICS’s newest HR and payroll product developments, encompassing e-HR, workflow and business intelligence dashboards, were also revealed for the first time in a series of demonstrations by our consultants.
